William Shakespeare & James Joyce at the Café de la Paix
On Thursday, April 31 at 10 PM, the curtains will go up on a reading that is centuries in the making. If you miss this one, your father’s ghost will demand that you seek vengeance against yourself! William Shakespeare and James Joyce will be reading dramatic monologues written exclusively in the personae of women. The reading is expected to include their renga in the voice of Marie Curie, though final edits are still in progress.
No entry fee, but donations of white wine and port will be gladly accepted.
